摘　　要：以2000至2004年间国内58所高校的统计数据为基础,探讨可量化的研发及技术转移资源对大学技术转移产出的影响.建立了不同类型与来源的人力、财力投入与专利申请、授权专利、专利合同和合同金额等四项技术转移产出的关系模型.分析显示,模型具有较高的解释力,总体上,资源因素对我国大学技术转移绩效具有重要的影响.It addresses how resource factors influence the performance of university technology transfer in China＇ s context, Based on statistics of 58 key universities in China, it examines the impact of human and financial aspects of R＆D and technology transfer resources on the university technology transfer performance. Four models of Patent Application, Patent Granted, Patent Transfer Contract, and Contract Amount are established and discussed, Multi - regression analysis reveals that resource factors have great influence on the patenting and licensing activities in Chinese universities.
