摘  要:目的:体外测量5种暂时修复树脂材料聚合过程中的放热反应。方法:室温25℃时,将3种Bis-acryl树脂(Protemp 3 Garant、Luxatemp和Protemp II)和两种聚甲基丙烯酸酯树脂(QuickResin和国产自凝树脂:Self-curing acrylic resin)按照使用说明混合后,通过与材料接触的热电偶记录材料聚合过程中的放热反应,获得峰顶温度(peak temperature)和到达峰顶温度的时间,对数据进行单因素方差分析和LSD-t检验。结果:5种材料的峰顶温度在9.5~24.2℃之间,峰顶温度值排序:QuickResin>国产自凝树脂>Luxatemp>Protemp 3 Garant>ProtempII,其中Luxatemp、Protemp 3 Garant和Protemp之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。Protemp 3 Garant最快达到峰顶温度(119s),国产自凝塑料最慢(442s)。Protemp 3 Garan和Luxatemp到达峰顶温度时间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:3种Bis-acryl树脂具有较短的聚合时间和较低的聚合温度,适合直接法制作暂时修复体,两种聚甲基丙烯酸酯树脂应避免直接法制作暂时修复体。 Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the exothermic reaction during polymerization of 5 provisional resinous materials.Methods Three bis-acryl composites(Protemp 3 Garant,Luxatemp and Protemp II)and two polymethyl methacrylate(QuickResin and Self-curing acrylic resin)were mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions.The exothermic reaction during polymerization were recorded by a J-type thermocouple contacting to the materials.compared with respect to their exothermic reaction properties during polymerization.Peak temperature and time to reach peak temperature were determined.The data were statistically analyzed using one-way ANONA and least significant difference test.Results All materials exhibited exotherm release and their peak temperatures were ranged from 9.5 to 24.2℃.Peak temperatures of the 5 materials were ranked:QuickResin〉Self-curing acrylic resin〉Luxatemp〉 Protemp 3 Garant〉 Protemp II.No significant difference was observed among Protemp 3 Garant,Luxatemp and Protemp II(P〉0.05).Protemp 3 Garant was the first one to get its peak temperature,while Self-curing acrylic resin was the last one.There was no significant difference between Protemp 3 Garant and Luxatemp with times to reach their peak temperatures(P〉0.05).Conclusion The three bis-acryl composites possessed shorter polymerization times and lower polymerization temperatures,which made them preferable for the fabrication of provisional restoration using direct technique.However,the two polymethyl methacrylate materials should not do like that.
