泪道激光成形术治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的临床研究(附257眼报告)

摘　　要：目的评价激光治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的临床疗效。方法应用国产KTP泪道激光治疗机,对186例(257眼)各种泪道阻塞患者进行治疗。结果经3～20个月的观察随访,泪点阻塞8眼,治愈率达87.5%;泪小管阻塞72眼,治愈率达88.9%;泪总管阻塞36眼,治愈率达91.7%;鼻泪管阻塞141眼,治愈率达91.5%;总治愈率为89.9%。结论激光治疗泪道阻塞安全,效果好,并发症少,费用低,为各种泪道阻塞而流泪的患者,提供了较好的治疗方法。Objective To investigate effect of laser surgery for lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods 186 cases （257 eyes） suffered from various kind of lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with the homemade KTP laser treatment machine of lacrimal duct. Results 257 eyes were followed for 3-20 months. 8 eyes of them were simple lacrimal punctum obstruction, the cure rate is 87. 5%; 72 eyes of them were lacrimal ductule obstruction, the cure rate is 88.9% ; 36 eyes of them were general lacrimal ductule obstruction, the cure rate is 91.7%; 141 eyes of them were nasolacrimal duct obstruction, the cure rate is 91.5% ; the total cure rate is 89.9%. Conclusion Laser surgery is safe, effective for lacrimal duct obstruction with less complication and expenditure.
