摘　　要：回顾分析X线平片诊断乳腺癌中常见漏诊和误诊的原因,及易被漏诊和误诊乳腺癌的X线特征,探讨减少X线平片诊断乳腺癌漏诊和误诊的方法和原则,提高早期乳腺癌的正确诊断率。To retrospectively analyze the reason and the mammographic characteristics of cancers missed at mammography. The radiologist can take a number of steps that will significantly enhance the accuracy of image interpretation at mammography and decrease the false - negative rate.
