摘  要:在风洞实验台上对整体轧制的平片高翅片管和波纹高翅片管进行传热实验.在相同风速下,波纹高翅片管的换热效果是平片高翅片管的1.2倍左右.拟合出努塞尔数和雷诺数的准则关系式,波纹高翅片管实验关联式计算值与实验值的平均偏差为5.9%,平片高翅片管实验关联式计算值与实验值的平均偏差为3.8%.在相同风速下,阻力也相应增加1.1倍左右.拟合出阻力系数与雷诺数的准则关系式,波纹高翅片的实验关联式计算值与实验值的平均偏差为6.5%,平片高翅片管的实验关联式计算值与实验值的平均偏差为4.9%.The heat transfer characteristics of flat-high-fin tubes and corrugated-high-fin tubes are investigated in the wind tunnel. It is found that the heat transfer effect of corrugated-high-fin tubes is 1.2 times better than that of flat-high-fin tubes. The corresponding correlation between Nusselt number and Reynolds number is obtained. The mean deviation of the experimental curve from the calculated one is 5.9 % for corrugated-high-fin tubes, and 3.8 % for flat-high-fin tubes. Meanwhile, the pressure drop for corrugated-high-fin tubes is 1.1 times as large as that for the flat-high-fin tubes. The corresponding correlation between tbe friction factors and Reynolds number is also gained. The mean deviation of the experimental curve from the calculated one is 6.5% for corrugated-high-fin tubes, and 4.9 % for flat-high-fin tubes.
