摘　　要：张孝祥一直被视为辛派,但他与辛派是有区别的,表现在词学思想上就是明显的诗化和雅化倾向。诗化揭示了其词学思想之渊源,雅化则是其后学的发展趋势。Zhang Xiao -xiang is regarded as the school of Xin Qi -ji but actually his style is quite different from the latter. The main representation of his in the thought of the ＂Ci＂ studies is the palpable poetic and elegant tendency. The poetic character reveals the source of the ＂Ci＂ studies and elegance can be the trend to its post - learning.
