摘　　要：分析了当前部分在校大学生表现出学习目标不明、学习动力不足等学习动力系统混乱现象的原因,并从大学生职业生涯规划这一视角出发,对引导大学生完善学习动力系统这一问题进行探讨。This paper aims at the analysis of the reasons of disordered study drive system shown from the college students＇ indefinite aim, insufficient study drive. From this point view of college students＇ vocational career design, the issue of perfecting college student＇ s study drive system is discussed.
