血清转化生长因子-β_1在急性脑梗死病程中的变化及其意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor,TGF-β1)在急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)病程中的变化特点及意义。方法:随机调查60例健康中老年人及68例ACI患者急性期和恢复期血清TGF-β1浓度,比较不同梗死部位、大小以及病情下血清TGF-β1浓度,并分析了外周血淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞和血小板水平与血清TGF-β1浓度的相关性。结果:ACI患者急性期血清TGF-β1浓度升高,恢复期浓度下降至正常水平。急性期,皮质下梗死组TGF-β1高于皮质梗死组,梗死灶直径<2cm者TGF-β1浓度高于直径≥2cm者,重型ACI的TGF-β1浓度高于轻型,ACI患者外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞水平高于对照组。结论:TGF-β1是一种负性免疫调节剂,其水平的改变与梗死部位、大小、病程以及外周血淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞水平有一定关系。Objective To explore the diversity and significance of serum transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） in patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Method Serum TGF-β1 from 60 healthy persons and 68 cases with ACI during acute and convalescent period were detected dynamically.The serum level of different position,diameter of infarctions and the severity of condition were analyzed,and the dependability between TGF-β1 and peripheral-blood lymphocyte（PPL）,macrophage（MC） and platelet were investigated.Results Serum level of TGF-β1 in patients with ACI increased during acute period and dropped to normal during convalescent period.During acute period,the level of TGF-β1 in subcortex infarction group was higher than that of cortex infarction group,the level of TGF-β1 was higher when infarction size less than 2 cm,so was that in severe ACI and high level of PPL and MC.Conclusion TGF-β1 is a negative immunomodulator and it＇s level is decided by position and diameter of infarction,period of condition and level of PPL and MC.
