摘 要:目的:探讨采用微波技术对感染根管进行消毒处理的疗效。方法:采用一次根充法对牙髓病及X线示根尖周无明显异常的根尖周病患牙行根管治疗术,其中57颗采用微波根管消毒法,42颗采用常规法;同时采用多次根管充填法对X线示根尖周有病变的根尖周病患牙行根管治疗术,其中37颗采用微波根管消毒法,26颗为常规法。并分别对照两组术后48h的反应,及1年的治疗疗效。结果:应用微波根管治疗,能提高根管消毒效果,缩短疗程,根充术后反应较轻。结论:微波消毒根管可减轻根充术后反应,但远期效果无明显差异。Objective To evaluate the curative effects of microwave technology in the disinfection of infectious root canal.MethodNinety-nine cases of pulpitis or periapical periodontitis showed no obvious radiographic lesions in the periapical tissue were treated with root canal therapy by one-visit.Among them,57 cases were disinfected by microwave technology,and 42 by conventional method.Sixty-three cases had lesion in the periapical tissue were treated by root canal therapy by several-visit,and 37 were disinfected by microwave technology,26 by conventional method.Patients' response 48 hours after operation and curative effect after 1 year were observed and compared.Results Microwave technology could improve the effect of root canal disinfection in root canal therapy,shorten the course of treatment and reduce pains after treatment.Conclusion Microwave technology can relieve the reaction after root canal obturation,but there is no distinctive difference in the long-term effect.
