摘　　要：企业执行力低下是一个普遍问题,中国企业更是如此。当今,企业执行力是已经关系到企业战略构想能否实现,持续竞争优势能否有效保持,企业文化能否有效践行的重要问题。因此如何有效提升管理者和员工执行力是摆在企业面前的新课题。笔者籍此提出"感动执行"理念来解决当前的执行困惑。Deficient execution in chinese enterprise is a common problem. At present,enterprise execution has been related to if the strategy design can be realized,if the continuous competition advantage can be effectively kept and if the enterprise culture can be well carried out. Thus,how to effectively enhance the execution ability of manager and staff becomes the new task in enterprise. The paper offered the idea of touched execution so as to solve the present execution problem.
