发展观与环境伦理之间的关系探究

摘　　要：21世纪,人类面对的最大问题莫过于因发展而带来的生态环境危机。文章针对当前全球化进程中面临的生态环境问题,从中外传统发展观及环境伦理问题出发,阐述了环境伦理与发展观的密切关系,要实现人类的可持续发展,必须改变对自然的态度和价值观,构筑新的发展观和环境伦理观,当前中国倡导的“科学发展观”是实现人类可持续发展的环境伦理观。In 21c, the biggest problem human being confronts is eco -environment crisis brought along with the economical development. This paper directs at the eco - environment problem in the process of globalization, to analysize the intimate relationship between environmental ethics and developing concept from the domestic and foreign point of views. It claims that, in order to realize the sustainable development of human beings ,we have to adjust our attitude towards nature and our value concepts. Presently, China dvocate scientific concept of development, which is the environmental ethics that is helpful to sustainable development of human beings.
