摘　　要：产业链的形成能够有效降低单个企业和集聚整体所面临的交易成本。基于高新技术产业在行为主体、产品类型、供应链形态特征方面与传统产业差异性,对高新技术产业链交易成本的评价方法进行了四个维度分析,从而有效控制产业链内部交易成本以及保持产业链稳定性。The formation of the industry chain can effectively reduce the transaction cost of the individual enterprises and the whole cluster industry. This paper provides analysis of the transaction cost of the new high-tech industry from four angles on the basis of the differences between new high-tech industry and traditional industry in the main body of behavior, type of product and the characteristic of the supply chain. By doing so, it can control the inner transaction cost within industry chain and keep industry chain＇s stability effectively.
