经颅彩色多普勒与脑动脉解剖学特点的对照研究

摘　　要：本文旨在揭示影响经颅彩色多普勒（TCD）检查结果准确性的因素。我们对346例健康者进行了TCD检查，同时观测了84例脑动脉标本。结果发现TCD对颅内各大动脉均有不同程度的漏检和假阳性，解剖学观察颅内动脉有较大的变异性，而TCD的漏检和假阳性与颅内动脉解剖学变异密切相关。我们认为，在报告TCD结果时，应考虑到颅内动脉解剖学特点，结合临床资料，才能得出较为准确的结论。The purpose of this article was to find some factors which affect the accuracy of TCD examination. on 346 normal volunteers and 84 corpse samples cerebral arteries. We found that some cerebral arteries failed to be detected and some to be pseudo-positive because variation cranial arteries were found. Therefore clinical materials should be comprehensively investigated and surveyed, so that correct TCD diagnosis can be successfully achieved.
