经颅多普勒超声对颅底血管狭窄的血流动力学评价

摘　　要：为明确经颅超声（TCD）在评价颅底血管血流动力学状态的应用价值。选用30例我科经治的蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者，术前采用TCD检查双侧Willis动脉，并与CAG及DSA检查结果相比较。结果。TCD较CAG及DSA敏感，能够在术前、中、后提供颅底血管血流动力学状态的详细信息。结论：TCD是评价Willis环血管状态的有效方法，对指导手术和防治缺血性脑损害有重要的临床意义。To study the value of transcranial Doppler (TCD) on evaluation the hemodynamic status of Willis circle, 30 patients suffered from sphenoidal ridge mcoingiomas were studied. The artery of Willis circle was examined by TCD pre-operatively and the results were compared with that of CAG or DSA. It showed that TCD was more sensitive than CAG or DSA in measuring vascular stenosis and more informations could be afforded about hemodynamic status pre-, intra- andpost-operatively. We concluded that TCD examination is an useful method for monitoring the circle of Willis and has clinical significance to prevent ischemic cerebral injury.
