摘　　要：在手术实施的过程中必然有手术风险的可能,但是经常有这样的异常现象发生,某些外科医师为了规避手术风险而采取保守或"适可而止"的手术方案,给患者带来更大的痛苦,本文在分析手术实施和手术风险的生物学关系的基础上,探讨这种现象的社会学和伦理学原因,并且提出解决问题的办法。It is possible that operation must lead to risk, but sometimes there are some abnormal phenomenon to be occurred, some surgeons adopt conservative or appeased project in order to evade operation- induced risk, and what will make patients suffer with more wrench. In this article, we first analyze the biological relations of operation and operation - induced risk, discuss the sociological and ethnics reasons of this phenomenon, and simultaneously put forward the way to solve those problems.
