绞股蓝复方预防高胆固醇饵料兔脂肪肝的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察绞股蓝复方对脂肪肝预防作用。方法：实验兔分为A（草食）、B（高胆固醇饵料＋绞股蓝复方）、C（高胆固醇饵料＋辛伐他汀）组。比较组内及组间透明质酸（HA）、层黏蛋白（LN）、前胶原Ⅲ（PCⅢ）、甘油三脂（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、总胆红素（TBiL）。切片观察脂肪肝程度。结果：饲养4月B组HA（130．1±8．2）ng／ml，LN（154．2±14．1）ng／ml，PCⅢ（24．4±7．1）ng／ml，与饲养前比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；C组HA（240．2±14．1）ng／ml，LN（269．7±26．8）ng／ml，PcⅢ（40．1±8．4）ng／ml，与饲养前比较差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）；C组与B组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。B、C组TC与饲养前比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。B组TG与饲养前比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；C组与饲养前比较差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）；C组与B组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。ALT、TBiLB组与饲养前比较差异无显著性；C组饲养2月、4月与饲养前比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05-0．01）。病理：脂肪肝A组无，B组轻微，C组明显。结论：绞股蓝复方对高胆固醇饵料兔脂肪肝有预防作用。Objective： To observe effect of Gynostemma PentaPhyllum complexprescription to prevent fatty liver. Methods： The rabbits for experiment are divided into groups called A, B and C. The rabbits in group A, B, C was fed with grass, cholesterolrich diet and Gynos - temma Pentaphyllum complexprescription, cholesterolrich diet and simvaltadine. The difference and change of HA, LN, PC Ⅲ, TC, TG, ALT and TBiL were tested and compared before and after three groups were fed. The liver was checked with pathology. Results： After being fed , HA, LN, PC Ⅲ in group B were （ 130.1 ± 8.2） ng/ml, （ 154.2 ± 14.1 ） ng/ml, （24.4 ± 7.1 ） ng/ml, there was difference（ P 〈 0.05）, in group C were （240.2 ± 14.1）ng/ml, （269.7 ± 26, 8）ng/ml, （40.1 ± 8.4）ng/ml, difference was significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）, HA, LN, PC Ⅲ in group B were lower than those in group C, there was difference（ P 〈 0.05）. TC in group B and C raised, there was difference（P 〈 0.05）. TG in group B raised, there was difference（ P 〈 0.05）, in group C , difference was significant（ P 〈 0.01） ,in group B are lower than those in group C, there was difference （ P 〈 0.05）. A LT, TBiL in group B had no obviously chang, in group C raised, t here was difference（ P 〈 0.05）, difference was significant（P 〈 0. 01）. There wasn＇t fatty liver in group A. There was light fatty liver in group B. There was serious fatty liver in group C. Conclusion： Gynostemma Pentaphyllum complexprescription had function of preventing fatty liver of rabbits fed with cholesterolrich diet.
