摘　　要：目的研究Survivin在结肠癌、直肠癌中的表达,以及与癌组织分化程度的相关性。方法收集资料齐全的大肠癌、直肠癌标本,并按组织学标准分级。免疫组织化学检测各标本Survivin蛋白的表达。结果绝大多数的大肠癌、直肠癌标本组织有Survivin表达,Ⅰ级组织的表达阳性细胞平均比率低于Ⅱ级。提示其表达与癌症组织分化程度相关。结论检测Survivin基因的表达,将有助于检测肿瘤的恶性程度,同时,为判断结肠癌和直肠癌的生物学特性提供了重要依据。Objective To explore the survivin expression in large intestine tumour tissues, and explore the correlation between survivin expression and the differentiation degree of tumour tissues. Mathods Identified the histological grades of large intestine tumour tissues, and detected the survivin expression by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of survivin was detected in most samples. The rate of expression of surviving in grade Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅰ. Conclusion It can be inferred that the detection of Survivin expression level is beneficial to ascertain the malignant grade of large intestine tumor issues and refers a significant evidanee to judge its biological eharaters.
