摘 要:为了研究冰面上轮胎的稳态侧偏特性,介绍了胎面橡胶与冰面的摩擦机理。将接触面分为不同的区域分别进行传热分析,建立了橡胶与冰面的摩擦模型。采用高速摩擦试验台得到摩擦系数的试验数据,验证了模型的合理性。利用摩擦模型和轮胎的侧偏特性建立了冰面上轮胎的稳态侧偏刷子模型。研究了冰温、载荷、车速等对轮胎侧向力和回正力矩的影响。试验结果表明:冰面上轮胎的稳态侧偏特性有不同于干燥路面上的特殊规律。To study the steady state side slip characteristics of the tire on the icy road, the friction mechanism between the tire rubber and the icy surface was introduced, the heat conduction was analyzed for the different regions of the contact surface, and a friction model was built for the contact of rubber and icy surface. The model was validated by the test data of the friction factor acquired from a high speed friction test bench. Using the built friction model and the tire side slip characteristics, a brush model for the steady state side slip of the tire on the icy road was established. The effects of the ice temperature, tire load, vehicle speed, etc. ,on the lateral force and the aligning moment of the tire were studied by the model. The experiment results show that the steady-state side-slip characteristics of the tire on the icy road are different from those on the ordinary dry road.
