摘 要:结合高拉速板坯连铸机参数,建立了基于铸坯“坯龄”的基本水量计算模型,实现了非稳态浇铸过程中表面温度的均衡、平稳过渡;为进一步消除铸坯表面温度波动,建立了基于实时温度场计算和模糊控制方法实现的目标表面温度控制器,提高了铸坯表面温度的控制精度。铸坯质量分析表明,模型上线投用后铸坯产品的裂纹和鼓肚等缺陷较原系统得到了有效的控制,达到了较高的整体质量水平。Combining with parameters of slab continuous casting machine with high casting speed, the basic water flow calculation model based on slab life was established, and uniform and smooth transition of slab surface temperature during unsteady casting period was realized. To eliminate disturbance of slab surface temperature further, target surface temperature controller was established based on realtime temperature field calculation and fuzzy control means, so control accuracy of slab surface temperature was improved. Cast quality analysis shows that defects such as cracks and bulge were reduced and quality level was improved.
