摘　　要：本文针对短生命周期产品需求的不确定性,建立允许调整订货量的两阶段订货模型,由此得到销售商应该采取的最优订货量。在此基础上,运用契约协调机制,从而达到供应链的协调。　The paper is concerned with the supply chain coordination.We are particularly interested in the short-life-cycle product with random demand.We allow the retailer adjust his order quantities during the selling season so that the supply chain profit can be maximized.
