摘　　要：通过对医院CRM数据库建库的分析,并且利用数据库的转换（Access To SQL Server）技术,给出了该数据库的转换方法,从而将Access数据库（DAO连接）转换为SQL2000数据库（ODBC连接）,快速、有效地解决了医院客户关系管理系统中数据库的升级问题.The paper makes a detailed analysis of the establishment of CRM database and presents the core code of database conversion technology （ Access to SQL Server ） , which converts the Access database （DAO connection） into SQL2000 database （ODBC connection ）. The technology can realize rapid and effective upgrade of the hospital＇s CRM database.
