摘　　要：目的观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)组织中基因表达变化规律。方法分别提取正常口腔粘膜和RAU组织中的总RNA,分离mRNA,用RT-PCR技术检测bFGF基因在其中的表达变化规律。结果在正常口腔粘膜组织中bFGF的mRNA表达较弱,而在RAU中表达水平增加(P<0.05)。结论RAU中的bFGF基因表达水平增强,这可能与RAU病程中黏膜的修复愈合有着密切的联系。Objective To explore the expression of bFGF （basic fibroblast growth factor） in recurrent aphthous ulcer （RAU）. Methods The expression of bFGF in oral mucosa were examined with RT - PCR in 8 cases of RAU and 7 cases of normal subjects. Results The expression of bFGF in mucosa was higher in RAU than in normal subjects （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The biological relevance of higer expression of bFGF in RAU mucosa may be involved in weak healing of RAU.
