摘  要:目的比较新鲜羊膜和冻干生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将初发翼状胬肉患者52例(58眼)随机分成新鲜羊膜组28例(31眼),生物羊膜组24例(27眼),在切除胬肉组织后,分别采用新鲜羊膜和冻干生物羊膜移植,观察6-12个月。所有手术均在显微镜下由同一术者完成。结果术后随访6-12个月,羊膜移植手术均一次成功,无免疫排斥反应。新鲜羊膜组2眼复发,复发率为6.45%,生物羊膜组3眼发病,复发率为11.11%,两者比较没有明显的统计差异(χ^2=0.026,P〉0.05)。结论新鲜羊膜和冻干生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效、预后基本相同。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation compared with freeze-dried biological amniotic membrane transplantation on pterygium treatment. Methods Fifty eight eyes of 52 patients with pterygium were divided into fresh amniotic membrane group, including 31 eyes of 28 patients, and biological amniotic membrane group, including 27 eyes of 24 patients. They were treated by amniotic membrane transplantation respectively after pterygium excisions. The operations were performed by the same operator under microscope. Recurrent rates were observed during the 6 to 12 months follow-up time. Results Two (6.45%) of 31 eyes showed recurrence after fresh amniotic membrane transplantation, and three ( 11.11% ) of 27 eyes showed recurrence after freeze-dried biological amniotic membrane transplantation. There was no significant difference between two groups ( Х^2 = 0. 026, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation for preventing primary pterygium recurrence is equivalent to that of freezedried biological amniotic membrane transplantation.
