摘 要:目的研究甲状腺肿瘤细胞中bcl-2及c-myc的表达,探讨bcl-2及c-myc在甲状腺恶性肿瘤中发生发展所起的作用。方法应用免疫组化技术检测30例甲状腺腺瘤和22例甲状腺腺癌标本bcl-2及c-myc的表达。结果甲状腺腺癌中c-myc的阳性表达率为86.2%,显著高于甲状腺腺瘤48.3%(P<0.05);而甲状腺腺癌bcl-2阳性表达率为65.9%,显著低于甲状腺腺瘤87.8%(P<0.05)。结论bcl-2及c-myc可能共同参与甲状腺癌的发生发展;bcl-2的异常表达可能对甲状腺肿瘤的生物学行为及预后的判断有一定参考意义。Objective To investigate the expressions of bcl-2 and c-myc proteins in thyroid tumor cells, and to explore diagnostic value in malignant thyroid neoplasms. Methods The expressions of bcl-2 and c-myc proteins in 30 cases of thyroid adenomas and 22 cases of thyroid carcinomas were examined by immunohistochemistry technique. Results Among thyroid carcinomas, the positive rates of c-myc proteins 86,2% were significantly higher than those of thyroid adenomas 48.3% (P〈0.05),Positive rates of Bcl-2 in thyroid carcinomas was significantly lower than that of thyroid adenomas 65.9% vs 87.8%, (P〈0.05). Conclusions Both bcl-2 and cmyc proteins may play important roles in the occurrence and development of thyroid carcinomas. Bcl-2 assessments may be helpful in predicting biological behavior and prognosis of thyroid neoplasms.
