摘　　要：目的探讨槲皮素对肺腺癌细胞系A549细胞中凋亡相关因子Bcl-2表达的影响。方法采用RT-PCR与Western Blot技术检测槲皮素在不同时间、不同浓度作用A549细胞后的Bcl-2 mRNA和蛋白表达的变化。结果槲皮素作用A549细胞后,A549细胞的Bcl-2 mRNA和蛋白表达水平逐渐降低,并且呈现出一定的时间和浓度依赖性。结论槲皮素诱导A549细胞调亡可能通过下调凋亡抑制基因Bcl-2的表达而起作用。Objective To study the influence of Quereefin on the expression of Bel-2 in lung adenocarcinoma cancer cell line A549.Methods The mRNA expression of Bcl-2 in A549 cells was detected by RT-PCR, and the protein expression was detected by Western blot.Results The mRNA and protein expressions of Bcl-2 were inhibited by Quercefin in a dose-and time-dependent way. Condusion The inhibitory effect of Quercetin on Bcl-2 in A549 cells may provide a theoretic basis on future therapy of tumor.
