摘　　要：采用AccQ.Tag柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法同时测定16种氨基酸,氨基酸浓度在2.5～20μmol/L范围内,其峰面积和氨基酸浓度的线性相关系数均在0.999以上。用该方法测定了四种新疆特产干鲜果品中氨基酸的含量,取得了满意的结果。Sixteen amino acids were determined by AccQ. Tag pre-column derivatization reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. The linear correlation coefficient between peak area and concentration of amino acids in the range of 2.5-20μmol/L was 〉0. 999. The method has been applied to the analysis of four dry and fresh fruits of Xinjiang with good results.
