摘  要:目的:探讨黄芪配伍当归(QG)对气虚血瘀模型大鼠心肺血管内皮和肝窦内皮细胞CD54表达的影响。方法:用饥饿+游泳制造"气虚血瘀"大鼠模型,灌胃给药15d后测定心肺血管内皮和肝窦内皮细胞CD54的表达。结果:气虚血瘀模型大鼠心肺血管内皮和肝窦内皮细胞CD54的表达明显增高,QG能显著降低其过度表达。结论:QG益气活血作用与降低心肺血管内皮和肝窦内皮细胞CD54的过度表达有关。Objective: To investigate the influence of Astragalus membranaceus combined with Angelica sinensis (QG for short) on the expression of CD54 in vessels endothelial cells(VECs) and hepatic sinusoid endothelial cells(HSECs) of Qi - Deficiency and Blood - Stasis model rats. Methods: Using the method of hunger and fatigue to establish Qi - Deficiency and Blood - Stasis model rats, measuring the expression of CD54 in VECs and HSECs after ig administrate for 15d. Results: The expression of CD54 in VECs and HSECs of Qi - Deficiency and Blood - Stasis model rats markably raised, QG can effectively decrease their excessive expression. Conclusion : Inhibiting the excessive expression of CD54 in VECs and HSECs may be one of the molecular mechanism of Replenishing Qi and Promoting Blood Circulation of QG.
