摘　　要：目的:研究生姜油对佐剂性关节炎(adjunctive arthritis,AA)小鼠的作用。方法:小鼠右后足跖皮下注射弗氏完全佐剂(CFA)制备AA小鼠模型。致炎后第8天起治疗组ig生姜油0.5和1.0 ml/kg,每天一次,连续14天。容积法测AA小鼠的继发性足肿胀,取胸腺和脾脏计算脏器指数,流式细胞术测全血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+和CD8+。结果:生姜油ig给药组明显减轻AA小鼠的继发性足肿胀,降低AA小鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数,抑制CD4+细胞异常增加和CD8+细胞异常减少,恢复CD4+/CD8+比例。结论:生姜油对AA小鼠有抑制作用。Objective ：To study the effect of ginger oil on adjunctive arthritis （AA） in mouse. Methods： The experimental arthritis was induced by injecting subcutaneously CFA in mouse. Intragastric infusion of ginger oil at the dosages of 0.5 and 1.0 ml/kg was performed continuously from eight day after modeling to twenty-one day after modeling. The administration procedure was once daily for fourteen days. The changes of secondary paw swelling was measured by using volumetric method. Weighing thymus and spleen calculated thymus index and spleen index. The percents of CD4^ ＋ and CD8^＋ subtype cell in T lymphocyte was tested by flow cytometry in blood. Results：Ginger oil at the dosages of 0. 5 and 1.0 ml/kg significantly inhibited AA mouse＇s secondary paw swelling, reduced thymus index and spleen index , prevented CD4^＋ from increasing ,CD8^＋ from decreasing which induced by CFA, recoverd the ratios of CD4^＋/CD8^＋. Conclusion： Ginger oil has anti-inflammatory effect on AA in mouse .
