摘  要:目的:探讨鸡矢藤提取物(EPS)对酵母膏致小鼠高尿酸血症的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用酵母膏造模法造成小鼠高尿酸血症模型,检测EPS对正常小鼠和高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸水平和肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶活性的影响;进一步从体外研究EPS对黄嘌呤氧化酶的抑制作用。结果:EPS对正常小鼠血清尿酸水平无明显影响,但可显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠的血清尿酸水平,并能显著抑制其肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性;体外实验EPS对黄嘌呤氧化酶也有明显的抑制作用,IC50为1.00g/L。结论:EPS可显著降低酵母膏致高尿酸血症小鼠的血清尿酸水平,其机制可能与抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性有关。Objective: To study the effect of Extracts of Paederia scandens (EPS) on mouse hyperuricemia induced by yeast and its mechanisms. Methods: A mouse hyperuricemia mice was established by using yeast and the effect of EPS on the serum uric acid level and liver xanthine oxidase activity of normal and hyperuricemia mice was observed. The inhibition effect of EPS on xanthine oxidase in vitro was further studied. Results: EPS has no effect on serun uric acid of normal mice but could reduce the level of serum uric acid and significantly inhibit the liver xanthine oxidase in hyperuricemian mice. It shows that EPS could inhibit the xanthine oxidase in vitro( IC50 is 100g/L). Conclusion: EPS could reduce the level of serum uric acid in hyperuricemia mice and the effect is related to its inhibition of xanthine oxidase.
