摘 要:2003年、2004年于烟株砍收时,对田间白肋烟品种TN86进行WB5细菌菌株喷洒烟叶处理,以砍收时进行清水喷洒烟叶为对照进行小区试验;晾制期间对烟叶样品进行细菌菌株总量及4种烟草特有亚硝胺测定,检测整个晾制期间烟叶中TSNA含量及细菌菌株总量的动态变化。结果表明,晾制期间烟叶中细菌总量约在105~109CFU/g之间波动,晾制初期,菌量较高,晾制末期,菌量较低。晾制前期(晾制20d以前),烟叶中TSNA含量比较低且变化幅度较小;晾制中期(20~30d)期间,烟叶中TSNA含量较高;晾制末期,喷洒处理烟叶中TSNA含量明显降低,2003年、2004年喷洒处理比同一时期对照烟叶中TSNA含量降低了81.32%、68.80%,烟叶中TSNA含量与细菌量之间没有显著的相关性。In order to find the relation between bacteria with TSNA accumulation of burley tobacco during air-curing, leaves of burley tobacco TN86 were sprayed with WB5 strain in 2003, 2004, while the control was sprayed with water, the population of bacteria and TSNAs were detected during air-curing. The result showed that the total population of bacteria were 10^5~10^9CFU/g during air-curing. The population of bacteria was higher at the 0~20day of air-curing, The population of bacteria was lower at the end of airuring. TSNAs contents was lower at the 0~20day of air-curing. TSNAs contents was higher at the 20~30day of aircuring, at the end of curing in 2003,2004, the TSNAs levels of the treated samples were significantly decreased (81.3%, 68.80%) compared to the control, TSNAs accumulation was not highly correlated with the population of bacteria.
