摘  要:以云南栽培的3个马铃薯品种(合作88、大西洋以及转心乌)的脱毒试管苗为材料,研究了不同温度以及不同的外源激素(6-BA,CCC)对试管薯形成的影响。结果表明:以MS+8%蔗糖为基本培养基,在全黑暗条件下,加入CCC比加入BA更有利于诱导结薯。大西洋最适宜的诱导试管苗结薯的培养组合为:CCC 300 mg/L+20℃;合作88为:CCC 500 mg/L+20℃;转心乌则为:CCC 300 mg/L+25℃。Virus -free plantlets of three potato cuhivars (Solanum tubersum L. ) ( Cooperation - 88, Atlantic, Zhuanxinwu) in Yunnan Province were used as the experimental materials. The effects of different combinations of temperature and exogenous hormone(6 -BA and CCC) on the formation of micro-tubers were studied. The results indicated that: the different varieties potatoes required different temperatures and concentration of exogenous hormone. CCC indicated better micro-tubers than BA in full darkness. The optional combinations for Atlantic, Cooperation -88 and Zhuanxinwu were CCC 300 mg/L + 20 ℃, CCC 500 mg/L + 20 ℃ and CCC 300 mg/L + 25 ℃, respectively.
