摘 要:以甘蔗抗花叶病的转ScMV-CP基因为材料,以原种Badila和组培甘蔗为对照,研究了转基因甘蔗在病毒接种后H2O2含量及其相关酶活性的变化。结果表明,病毒接种后转基因甘蔗与非转基因甘蔗叶片H2O2积累有明显差异;保护酶系统中SOD、CAT活性与H2O2含量呈极显著正相关,POD活性没有参与H2O2的积累;同功酶谱分析表明甘蔗花叶病毒接种后对甘蔗叶片POD同功酶影响很小,但是CAT同功酶有不同程度的降解,有的谱带甚至消失。H2O2 content and related enzyme activities in leaves were tested between ScMV-CP gene transgenic sugarcane and non-transgenic sugarcane (donor sugarcane and tissue culture sugarcane).The results showed that H2O2 accumulation in leaves of transgenic sugarcane was different from that of the controls after inoculation with sugarcane mosaic virus (ScMV). The SOD and CAT activities showed a significantly positive correlation with H2O2 accumulation, but the POD didn't participate in the accumulation. Isozyme bands of POD were not changed after inoculation with ScMV, but some isozyme bands of CAT were degraded and disappeared.
