摘  要:目的:建立操作简单、检测简便、耗资低廉的急性肺血栓栓塞兔模型。方法:经右心室插管注入4个兔自体血栓,栓塞肺动脉,通过观察不同时间点右心室收缩压的变化、肺内残留栓子数及肺脏组织病理学变化,判断栓塞是否成功。结果:注入栓子后1h,右心室收缩压明显上升,与注栓前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。病理观察,肉眼每只兔均可见注入的4个栓子,大小与注入前近似;镜下全部兔均有肺栓塞的病理改变。结论:用此种方法建立急性肺血栓栓塞模型真实可信。Objective: To establish the rabbit model of acute pulmonary embolism,which has simple operation,convenient monitoring and low cost. Method: Four emboli were injected into the right ventricle through the right ventricular catheter and those would obstruct a certain segment of pulmonary artery.The chages at different time of right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP),the residual emboli in the lungs and pathological study were used to evaluate the established model. Results: The RVSP was increased significantly in one hour after emboli infusion,compared with that before infusion (P<0.05).In pathological study, the four injected emboli not only were observed but also their size didn't change obviously and the injuries of pulmonary embolism could be found by microscopy in the lungs of every embolic rabbit. Conclusion: Our way of the estimation to the rabbit model of acute pulmonary embolism is true and credible.
