摘　　要：当前电子商务专业就业率不高,关键是电子商务实践教学在软件、学科建设、师资力量等方面存在的问题,应从教学内容、教学效果、师资建设等方面进行改革。The fact that the employment rate of E- business students is low results from the following problems：software construction, course construction and faculty construction, Some measures on reform have been put forward concerning teaching contents, teaching effects and faculty construction, etc.
