摘　　要：目的探讨苏木提取液对人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901的生长抑制及凋亡作用。方法采用细胞计数法绘制生长曲线检测苏木提取液对SGC-7901细胞的生长抑制作用;苏木素-伊红(HE)及荧光染色观察用药后细胞的形态学变化;琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测DNA梯形。结果生长曲线提示苏木提取液对SGC-7901细胞有明显的生长抑制作用;形态学观察可见典型的细胞凋亡特征,如细胞核固缩、染色质凝聚及凋亡小体形成,且药物作用呈现一定的浓度依赖性;琼脂糖凝胶电泳可见典型的DNA梯形。结论苏木提取液对人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901有明显的生长抑制及诱导凋亡的作用。Objective To illustrate the growth inhibition and apoptosis in human gastric cancer （SGC-7901） cells treated with extracts of caesalpinia sappan L. Methods The growth curve was mapped according to cell counts to reflect the proliferation of cancer cells. Morphological changes of cells were observed by means of HE staining and fluorescence staining. DNA ladder was examined by DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. Results The growth curve of the cell line showed inhibitory effects of Caesalpinia sappan L. extracts on cell proliferation. Changes in morphology typical of apoptosis were observed 48 h following treatment with caesalpinia sappan L. extracts, which appeared somewhat dose-dependent. Typical DNA ladders were identified with agarose gel electrophoresis. Conclusion Caesalpinia sappan L. extracts may obviously inhibit SGC-7901 cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis.
