乳腺癌术后单纯胸壁局部复发20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结乳腺癌术后单纯胸壁局部复发的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析20例乳腺癌术后胸壁局部复发而无远处转移患者的临床资料。结果20例患者术后2例局部再发,其余控制良好。3例发生远处转移,1、3、5年生存率分别为95.0%、57.9%、50.0%。结论乳腺癌术后单纯胸壁复发灶,经积极局部及全身综合治疗可获较好疗效。Objective To study clinical characters and therapy of postoperative chest wall local recurrence of breast cancer. Methods Clinical data of 20 patients with local recurrence of breast cancer on the chest wall but without metastasis after mastectomy were reviewed retrospectively. Results After local recurrent cancers were removed, 2 cases recurred and the others were controlled well. Metastasis occurred in 3 cases. The survival rates of 1 , 3, 5 year were 95.0% , 57.9% , and 45.5% respectively. Conclusion The local treatment and systemic complex treatment were effective in the treatment of postoperative chest wall local recurrence of breast cancer.
