天马颗粒剂灌注治疗低位直肠癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察低位直肠癌予以综合治疗的临床疗效。方法采用外照射、近距离后装治疗,并予天马颗粒剂保留灌注及腔内外微波加温治疗低位直肠癌30例。结果本组病例4年随访期间,4例局部复发,5例远处转移,4年生存率和无瘤生存率分别为86.67%(26/30例)和83.33%(25/30例)。结论低位直肠癌的保守治疗,可通过单项减量、综合治疗以降低局部并发症和复发率,从而提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To investigate the therapeutical effect of reserving anus in the patients of low rectal carcinoma, reducing complication and increasing survival rate. Methods： The treatments included extrasomatic radiotherapy near by tumor, intracavity and extracavity micowave diathermy Tianma Granule perfusion. All the 30 patients were treated. Results： During the 4 years follow - up it showed that 4 cases had local recurrence and 5 cases had distant metastasis. The 4 years survival rate and tumor -free survival rate were 86.67% （26/30）and 83.33% （25/ 30）. Conclusion： With general treatment and low dose radiotherapy, the therapeutics of reserving anus in low rectal carcinoma may increase survival quality, reduce complication and recurrence rate.
