摘　　要：针对当前商业环境瞬息万变的特点,对当前的只能单纯按照系统既定的规则判定企业的经营活动状况的业务活动监控技术(BAM)进行了改进。改进后的BAM增加了数据仓库模块和相应的分析工具,使得它在变化的环境中能够实时更新判定规则,也就是让企业能够做到对异常事件及时、准确的识别。The business activity monitoring technology is improved due to the current fast changing business environment. In the new system the data warehouse module and the corresponding analysis tools is joined, so BAM is able to adapt to the changing circumstances, renewal determination rule at real-time, and the enterprise can make prompt and accurate recognition for the unusual event.
