摘　　要：经济全球化将带来世界市场的激烈竞争,其影响力大及所有的国家和地区,谁还想坚持"世外桃园"的发展模式已不可能。面对经济全球化,对民族院校的发展既是一次难得的机遇,又是一次严峻的挑战。民族院校必须加快改革的步伐,才能在经济全球化中立于不败之地。Economical globalization has brought out fierce competition in the world market, issuing influence upon all the countries and all the regions. It is impossible to hold on the developing mode of ＂the Land of Peach Blossoms＂. Economic globalization is a rare opportunity to development of ethnic colleges and universities as well as a fierce challenge. They must quicken up the pace so as to maintain a firm position in economical globalization.
