蜂蜜中铁的价态分析

摘　　要：利用邻菲罗琳分光光度法对峰蜜中Fe（Ⅲ）和Fe（Ⅱ）进行了分析．相对标准偏差为1．1％～2．6％，标准加入回收实验的回收率为96％～100．5％．The concentrations of ferrous and ferric ions in different honey samples were analyzed using ouphenanthroline spectrophotometry method. The total amounts of Fe in sample were determined after ferric ions were reduced by adding some reduce reagent. The concentration of ferrous ions was determined in another sample directly. Then the concentration of ferric ions was acquired. Relative standard devlation(RSD) in the determination of total ferrous ions in Baby Nutrition Honey was between 1.1% ~2. 6%. The recovery of standard addition method in the analysis of ferric in linden honey was between 99% ~100.5%. The results are in accordance with the results obtained using other analytical methods with a good precision and accuracy.
