摘 要:目的研究3种不同材料进行窝洞充填后牙体应力分布情况,为临床充填材料的选择提供理论依据。方法将离体上颌第二磨牙经螺旋CT扫描,使实体结构图象数字化处理,建立其有限元模型。在此模型上对银汞合金、复合树脂及玻璃离子水门汀修复前后的牙体应力分布情况进行数值分析。结果在同样载荷作用下,3种材料修复后牙体的应力云图分布形态和极值基本相同,差异无显著性,但与健康牙比较,最大应力值均降低24.14%。结论银汞合金、复合树脂及玻璃离子水门汀3种不同的充填材料对牙体修复后承载能力的影响基本相同。Objective To investigate stress distribution of different material packing and repair of the tooth, and provide a theoretical guidance for clinical use. Methods The pictures of the body' s every crossing-section were imported to the computer for data processing, and then corresponding models were constructed on the computer by using CT scanning technique. Based on this model, stress distribution in denfine was analyzed before and after packing-repair with 3 different materials, including amalgam, composite resin and glass incomer cement. Results When the tooth was restored with 3 different materials, the maximum tensile stress and the stress reprogram in dentine did not significantly change. Conclusion The 3 different packing materials had no difference on the enduring ability in corresponding repair of the tooth.
