摘　　要：报告3例Kallmann综合征的临床资料,并且结合文献对其发病机理、临床表现及诊治进行了讨论。正确诊断并及时给与激素替代治疗,可以最大限度的缓解患者的临床症状。We report the ctinical information of 3 cases of kallmann syndrome and review the literature of the pathogenetic mechanism, symptomatology, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. It may relieve most clinical symptom of patient to diagnose correctly and to use hormone replacement therapy in time.
