摘　　要：田间试验以烤烟(Nicotiana tobacum L.)品种云烟87为试材,于2005年～2006年在河南南阳研究了不同成垄方式与分次施钾对烤烟多酚和石油醚提取物含量的影响。结果表明:(1)培土成垄和分次施钾可以使烟叶中总酚、绿原酸、芸香苷、石油醚提取物含量明显增加,以低起垄2次培土成垄,钾肥2次追施处理最高。(2)施钾次数相同,低起垄培土成垄处理的烟叶中多酚类物质和石油醚提取物含量高于平栽培土成垄处理;成垄方式相同,钾肥追施2次对多酚类物质和石油醚提取物含量的影响大于钾肥作基肥1次施入。During 2005-2006,a field experiment was employed to study the relationship between the contents of polyphenols and petroleum ether extracts and different ridging mode and method of applying potassium fertilizer using a tobacco （Nicotiana tobacum L.） cultivar Yunyan 87 in Nanyang. The results showed that： （1） Ridging by earthing up after planting and applying potassium fertilizer at different stages can increase the contents of total phenols, chlorogenic acid, rutin and petroleum ether extracts.（2） Using the same method of applying potassium fertilizer, the contents of polyphenols and petroleum ether extracts in the treatment of ridging by low planting was higher than ridging by earthing up after flat planting, using the same ridging mode,the contents of polyphenols and petroleum ether extracts in the treatment of applying potassium fertilizer two times was higher than applying potassium fertilizer in a once- for- all method.
