摘 要:为评估大跨度斜拉桥拉索减振用油阻尼器的耐久性,对一种实桥用油阻尼器进行了400万次循环的耐久性加载试验.试验采用频率为4 Hz、振幅为1 mm的正弦波,通过所记录的阻尼器位移和阻尼力时程来评价阻尼器的等效阻尼及其变化,并对阻尼器的刚度影响进行了定量分析.试验结果表明:在试验开始阶段,阻尼器的温度即快速上升,之后稳定在47℃左右;在400万次循环荷载作用下,阻尼器的阻尼性能略有下降,但未发现漏油现象,具有较好的耐久性能.根据耐久性试验结果,给出了阻尼性能随加载次数的退化规律表达式,可用来推测阻尼器的使用寿命,供设计参考.In this study, the durability of actual oil damper was experimentally investigated to evaluate the deterioration of damper. 4 million cycles loading, with frequency of 4 Hz and amplitude of 1 mm, was imposed on the damper. The excitation displacement and damping force were measured and the equivalent damping was evaluated from the experimental results. The stiffness effects of damper that behaved during durability tests were also analyzed quantitatively. The test results show that the damper was still in good condition with 4 million cycles loading and the damper' s temperatures remained at 47 degree centigrade during the test. According to the durability test results, a model for performance deterioration ofdamper was proposed to predict the lifetime of oil damper.
