摘 要:笔者采用实验方法进行研究,探讨八段锦对大学生心境的影响。八段锦运动对实验组大学生连续干预12周,采用POMS量表分别测出实验前后大学生心境水平,并进行统计分析。被试实验前后在紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱和总分量表得分上都有明显下降的趋势,并且紧张、慌乱、总分量表达到了显著水平(P≤0.05),抑郁分量表达到了非常显著水平(P≤0.01);在精力和自尊维度得分上有所提高,但是未达显著水平。结论八段锦属于中小强度的运动,也是一项有氧运动,练习持久而有耐力,可以增强自我控制能力,重视修心养性,调整心态,促使大学生心境向积极的方面发展。Objective Experimental methods were used to study how baduanjin affects the mood of college students. Methods Baduanjin campaign was adopted to interfere with the experimental group students for 12 weeks. Using POMS to measure the mood status of experimental group before and after the intervention, and then carried out statistical analysis. Results The results showed that tension, anger, fatigue, depression, fluster and total scores had obvious decrease trend, and tension, fluster, total scores reached a significant level ( P≤0. 05). Depression scale was very significant (P≤0. 01 ) ; the scores of energy and self-respect dimensions increased, however, the level was not significant. Conclusions Baduanjin is a small intensity campaign and also an aerobic exercise, lasting and enduring exercises could enhance self-control, make the ones attention to spiritual cultivation and adjust their mentality , and make. college students develop a positive mood.
