摘 要:目的探讨胸液细胞DNA含量对恶性胸腔积液的诊断价值。方法50例患者分为恶性及结核性两组,用流式细胞术(FCM)检测胸液中的DNA含量。结果30例恶性胸腔积液组中22例出现异倍体,20例结核性胸腔积液组中1例出现异倍体;恶性胸腔积液组DI为1.43±0.52,异倍体阳性率73.3%;对照组结核性胸腔积液DI为0.96±0.08,异倍体阳性率5.0%;两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论流式细胞术(FCM)进行DNA异倍体含量分析是诊断恶性胸腔积液的一种有价值的方法。Objective To study diagnostic value of DNA content in malignant pleural effusion. Methods Fifty patients with pleural effusion were divided into malignant group and tuberculosis group and the DNA content were determined by flow cytometry. Results In malignant pleural effusion group, 22 of 30 patients ( DNA aneuploidy 73.3% ) were found aneuploidy, while in tubercular patients group, only one of 20 patients ( DNA aneuploidy 5% ) were found aneuploidy. DNA index were 1.43 ± 0.52 and 0.96 ± 0.08 in malignant group and tuberculosis group, respectively. And there was significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The findings suggest that DNA content analysis by flow cytometry is valuable in diagnostic malignant pleural effusion.
