C-erbB-2在乳腺癌中的表达及其与血管生成的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨原癌基因C-erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)之间的关系。方法:采用S-P免疫组化法检测215例乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2基因蛋白表达和MVD值。结果:C-erbB-2的表达与肿瘤微血管密度密切相关,而且呈正相关关系(r=0.48,P<0.05)。结论:C-erbB-2在乳腺癌血管生成中起重要作用,C-erbB-2可作为判断肿瘤生物学行为及预后的指标。Objective： To study the expression of Proto-oncogene CerbB-2 in the tissues of breast cancer and to find out its relationship with microvessel density（MVD）.Methods： The S-P immunocytochemical staining was used to determine the expression of C-erbB-2 and MVD,respectively,in 215 cases of breast cancer.Results： There was closely relationships between the expression of CerbB-2 and MVD in breast cancer.In addition,there was a positive correlation between them（r=0.48,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The overexpression of C-erbB-2 plays crucial roles in angiogenesis in breast carcinoma and the expression of CerbB-2 can be taken as an index for judging carcinoma biology,its prognosis and,thus,a guidance to clinical treatment as well.
