肥胖对原发性高血压大鼠胰岛素 瘦素及内皮素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察肥胖对高血压大鼠血清胰岛素、瘦素及血浆内皮素的影响。方法:将原发性高血压大鼠(SHR)随机分为两组(普通饲料组和营养饲料组),再从营养饲料组肥胖大鼠中随机挑选两组,即模型组和空白组(继续喂养30天),观察普通饲料组(非肥胖大鼠)、模型组和空白组三组间Lee's指数、血脂、血糖、胰岛素、瘦素、内皮素和胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)的变化。结果:普食组血糖明显低于模型组(P<0.05)和空白组(P<0.01);普食组血清胰岛素显著低于模型组和空白组(P<0.01),而ISI则显著高于模型组和空白组(P<0.01);模型组和空白组大鼠血清瘦素水平显著高于普食组(P<0.01),空白组血清瘦素水平较模型组升高明显;内皮素方面,空白组较普食组显著升高(P<0.01),模型组亦明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:肥胖可以诱导原发性高血压大鼠出现胰岛素抵抗,后者通过影响血脂代谢以及瘦素、内皮素的分泌,进一步加重高血压及血管内皮功能障碍。Objective： To observe the effects of obesity on hyperpietic rats at aspects of insulin,leptin and endothelin. Methods ： Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats （SHRs） were divided into two groups randomly ： the common feedstuff group and the nutritious feedstuff group. The obese rats from the last group were then chosed randomly and composed two groups,the model group and the blank group which were fed 30 days more. Finally,the values of Lee~ index,serum lipid, Sugar,Insulin, Leptin, endothelin and insulin sensitive index （ISI） were compared with each other at the groups, including the common feedstuff group, the model group and the blank group. Results. Compared with the common feedstuff group and the blank group,the values were evidently fallen in the common feedstuff group（ P 〈 0.01 ） at aspects of sugar,serum insulin and leptin, but the ISis of which were obviously heightened （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Meanwhile, the serum leptins of the blank group increased more markedly than that of the model group. At last, Compared with the common feedstuff group, the endothelins increased distinctly in the blank group and the model group. Conclusion ： Adiposity can induce insulin resisi- tance （IR） at SHR and which can aggravate hypertension and blood vessel endothelium function through affecting on the metabolize of blood lipid and the secretion of leptin and endothehn.
