摘　　要：学习的目的在于应用,检验学习的效果就在于是否学以致用,能否通过学习将所学的知识转化为一种应用能力。学习、贯彻落实科学发展观,不仅要求我们不断深化对科学发展观的认识,从思想上不断增强贯彻落实科学发展观的自觉性和坚定性;更重要的是要结合实际在加强学习中不断提升贯彻落实科学发展观的知识水平和工作能力。The aim of learning is to apply. The way to examine the results of the study is to see whether we apply what we have learned and whether we ean turn the knowledge into ability. In studying and applying the seientifie development view, we should not only deepen our understanding of the view , but also strengthen our awareness. We should improve our knowledge and ability to earry out the seientifie development view.
