摘 要:试验研究了灌溉水中Cl-含量对青菜生长、Cl-积累、土壤中Cl-淋落等影响。试验表明,在滨海脱盐土壤上种植青菜时,灌溉水中Cl-浓度增加到1250mg/L时产量降低10%,此时青菜中Cl-增加了34.2%,对青菜中VC含量没有明显影响。。滨海地区蔬菜中Cl-含量一般都比市售蔬菜高30%~80%。由于蔬菜中少量增加氯化物对人体无害,建议在环境优良的滨海绿色食品蔬菜基地农田灌溉水质指标中,不把氯化物作为限制因素。The effects of different chlorion concentrations in irrigation water on growth and chlorion accumulation of pakchoi and the leaching of chlorion in soil were studied. The test results showed that the pakchoi yield decreased by 10% and the Cl- concentration of pakchoi increased by 34. 2% while the Cl- concentration in irrigation water increased to 1 250 mg/L,meanwhile, no significant differences were found among vitamin C contents of pakchoi in treatments with irrigation water of various Cl- concentrations. The investigation results showed that the Cl- contents of vegetables in coastal region were 20% ~80% higher than those of city market vegetables. Because a little increase of Cl- in vegetables is harmless to human beings and no existent food sanitation standard for chlorine is found,it is suggested that the chloride content should not be used as a restrictive index for the irrigation water in coastal region with fine environment.
